Special Operations Command Korea (SOCKOR) is a subordinate element of USFK, 
based at Camp Kim, Korea and has a slightly unusual flag.

This s a modern version of the US Alaskan Command flag, on a light blue 
background (next to a USAF Eleventh Air Force flag).

Interesting US Alaskan Command flag photo, that flag should be of the 
reactivated Alaska Command (as a sub-command of Pacific Command (now 
Indo-Pacific Command), reactivated 1 Oct 1989. But it would be interesting to 
see are pre-1975 photo of the 1st Alaska command flag. I did many searches, 
including for photos of the former commanders, but no luck yet..
